See, during this meeting I believed I proposed my partnership, not my apprenticeship. I don't believe I came here asking you
to lecture me
to condescend to me
to try to intimidate me
to try to shame me into giving up everything thing I worked for.
No, no, no, unfortunately I need to decline taking you on as my master.
But I'm happy to make a counter offer.
If you ever talk to my mages the way you've just talked to me or if I even hear the slightest nay-saying about me in our circles, I will make sure you get a full lesson from me on the power of the modern magic!
